Our Mission
Priority Telecare and Family Practice, alongside priority urgent care options, is a nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to advancing equitable access to primary and preventive care for individuals and families, regardless of their financial circumstances. Our mission is to provide high-quality, patient-centered medical services through both in-person and telehealth platforms, with an emphasis on affordability, compassion, and innovation. We are committed to reducing health disparities, promoting wellness, and supporting the underserved communities of Texas and beyond, including those who seek priority urgent care in Texas, New Mexico, North Carolina, Virginia and New York.
Virtual Urgent Telecare and Concierge Services
Ages 5 and up are welcome at our priority urgent care facilities. The cost for self-pay services is $60. We accept most commercial insurances, including Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare. Our Priority Telecare staff is available from 8 am to 5 pm, seven days a week, including holidays. For urgent appointments, please send a text to 512-503-1786. Note that the phone number is not monitored by a live person; you can leave a voicemail, and someone will return your message as soon as possible. We proudly service areas in Texas, New Mexico, Virginia, and North Carolina, New York, with priority urgent care locations and we are expanding to Nevada, and Massachusetts soon.
