Founded in 2023 in the heart of the Permian Basin--Midland and Odessa--Priority Telecare & Family Practice was created with a simple yet powerful mission: to make quality healthcare accessible and affordable for everyone. Too often, people delay seeking care due to high costs or lack of insurance, leading to worsening health conditions. We believe that healthcare shouldn't be a luxury--it should be a right.

Our team
Dr. Montadher Alwazni, MD is a highly skilled dual board certified physician in both Family and Emergency Medicine. He holds board certification by the American College of Medicine in Family Medicine, as well as Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Physician Specialties.
Dr. Alwazni serves the healthcare needs of all individuals and families without bias and can offer both virtual and in-person services. Patients can trust his expertise and dedication to their well-being, ensuring they have received the best personalized and tailored treatment for their current healthcare needs. Dr. Alwazni is able to provide care to patients in Texas, North Carolina, and Virginia.

Ramon Lujan, APRN, FNP-C
Ramon is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care. With a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso, Ramon offers comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families, both in-person and virtually, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for all.
With a strong background in urgent care and emergency medicine, Ramon further honed his expertise through the Emergency Nurse Practitioner Program at the Cizik School of Nursing in Houston, Texas. His diverse experience also includes nursing education at Odessa College and Howard College, where they contributed to shaping future generations of healthcare professionals.
Proudly bilingual in English and Spanish, Ramon was born and raised in Pecos, Texas. Growing up in West Texas, it help to create a deep root connection to the community that fuels his passion for holistic, compassionate, and unbiased patient care.
Whether fast-paced emergency setting or through personalized in-person or virtual consultation, Ramon remains steadfast in his mission: to treat every patient as a whole, with excellence, integrity, and a commitment to their wellbeing.
